Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. We are a German company, so this policy follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The controller under the GDPR is:
requestable.ai GmbH i. G. (a German limited liability company in formation)
Represented by its managing director, Timur Özyilmaz
Cotheniusstrasse 5, 10407 Berlin, Germany
Email: hello@requestable.ai
2. The short version
This website is a static information site. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are hosted locally, so simply opening a page loads nothing from third-party servers. Nothing is loaded from third-party servers at all.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open the site, Vercel automatically records information in server log files: the IP address of the device, the date and time of access, the file requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, and the page you came from (referrer URL).
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the site and the prevention of attacks. Because Vercel is a US provider, data may be transferred to the United States.
4. Contacting us and the onboarding form
If you email us, we process the data you send (your name, email address and the content of your message) in order to deal with your inquiry.
We also offer an onboarding form. The details entered there (company and contact data, services, prices, delivery preferences) are transmitted to us and delivered by email. For sending we use Resend, Inc. (USA) as a processor, which may involve a transfer to the United States. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). We use these details solely to set up and run your listing.
Where your inquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries). We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Category search and category suggestions
On the home page you can search the category catalog. The search itself runs in your browser. To improve the catalog we store the search terms you submit together with the time, the category found, and a random session identifier. That identifier is generated in your browser, applies only to the current browser session, and has no connection to your IP address or to you as a person; it does not make the data personal. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you suggest a category, we store the term and your email address in order to notify you when that category opens. You can withdraw that at any time by emailing us.
6. Getting in touch
We do not use a scheduling tool. Requests and questions reach us by email; how we handle that data is described in section 4.
7. Orders placed through an AI assistant
When an order is placed through requestable inside an AI assistant, the conversation itself is run by the platform (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) under that platform's own terms. We receive only the structured order data needed to carry out the order, and we pass to the fulfilling specialist firm only what that firm needs to perform the service. We do not sell data and we do not pass order or customer data to other partners.
8. External links
This website links to external sites. We have no influence over their content or their data processing; the privacy notices of the respective operators apply.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Article 16), erased (Article 17) or its processing restricted (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20), and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) (Article 21).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for our seat in Berlin is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI).
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the legal situation or the data processing on this website changes. The version published here at any given time applies.
