What a category slot costs — and what you pay for.
Channel access is not the product. Platform checkout fees were around 4%1 and purely transactional. With requestable you pay for four things: category exclusivity, the contracting-partner role with full order handling, compliance curation and a structured ordering flow.
Behind this is a simple positioning: requestable is the tool layer between AI assistant and specialist company. An assistant can read any website — it can only execute structured tools. The category slot is exactly this tool for your category: the ordering flow the assistant can actually call.

The path to a slot
Four steps — you only pay when it gets serious.

Reserve €0, non-binding
No payment details, no obligation. A reservation does not hold the slot — the slot goes to the first company that activates. If a third party activates your category, you are notified immediately. The purpose of the reservation: you are ready to start on listing day.

Activate €490 one-time
€490 one-time, each additional category of the same company €290. Fully creditable against future transaction fees. No monthly fee before go-live. Fully self-service: checkout, e-signature of the standard contract, upload of your vetting documents, filling in the category template. If you leave during the trial period yourself, we refund 100%. The amount is only forfeited if the slot is withdrawn for non-fulfilment. You can activate right away — independent of the listing date. Until the self-service checkout is unlocked, activation runs via reservation plus manual handling by us, at the same terms and with the same contract.

Trial period transaction fee only
From go-live until slot confirmation you pay no fixed fee, only 12% per completed order, minimum €2.90, payment processing included. The founding cohort pays 8% in months 1–12 from go-live, then automatically 12% — a contractually limited discount, not a later price increase. 12% is also the cohort's permanently frozen price cap. Slot confirmation: 10 fulfilled orders or 90 days from go-live. If both are missed or fulfilment is refused, the slot automatically goes back into reallocation — the category's reserved companies are notified.

You choose between Volume (€0 fixed + 12%) and Fixed (€249/month + 6%, Monitor included) — details in the next section. Permanent in all plans: 0% on customers you demonstrably bring yourself.

12-month plan commitment, switching only at renewal. Exception: categories with professional-law restrictions on success-based remuneration may choose the Fixed plan from day 1. Permanent in both plans: 0% on customers you demonstrably bring yourself.

Milestone ladder
The price rises with milestones, not with the calendar.
Every level has a publicly verifiable trigger. Activation always happens at the current level. Every cohort keeps its level permanently — including at renewal.

The status “active” marks the level at which activation happens today. We count connected users and completed orders publicly — real values, no estimates, before data is available this shows “—”. Counting since 9 July 2026.
Protection clauses — they are a visible part of the price.
Platform risk: If the app is delisted or a platform-side model or fee change blocks your category, all fees pause automatically. After 8 weeks you have an extraordinary termination right with a pro-rata refund. [ANWALT PRÜFEN]
Renewal KPIs: Fulfilment rate, response time and dispute rate are written into the contract and measurable from the monthly report. Changes only by mutual agreement. [ANWALT PRÜFEN]
Frozen terms: Renewal is always at your cohort's terms.
Your data: You can export orders and customers at any time. In case of insolvency or shutdown we hand over the connector specification to you — services, prices, required fields, workflows. [ANWALT PRÜFEN]
Platform rule changes: Connector adjustments to them are included in operations — no effort and no extra cost for you.
Three rules that work for you
Your own customers, marketing fund, crediting.
0% on your own customers
Customers you demonstrably bring yourself (attribution via partner link or partner code) are permanently free of transaction fees — in all plans. Your existing business does not finance our channel.
Marketing fund
2 percentage points of the rake you actually pay are earmarked for channel marketing. No surcharge, disclosed use of funds, transparent annual statement to all partners. Joint marketing starts once the fund reaches €25,000.
Crediting of the activation fee
The activation fee is fully creditable against future transaction fees. It is not a sunk cost but a prepayment on real orders.

Your category is either free — or it no longer is.
A reservation costs €0 and commits you to nothing. It does not hold the slot, but it makes sure you learn immediately when someone else activates your category.
